I have been taking my bikes there for a few years now (gsxr750 and 1100 blackbird). Nothing but praise for them. Always helpful. Happy with how bikes run. Highly recommended.

He is a factory Trained and accredited Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Triumph, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi technician. Successfully completing advanced courses in Racetech Suspension and Bike set up. Has well excelled customers and industry expectations for his knowledge and ability to Dyno tune and jet Motorcycles on the Dyno with experience of over 8 years. He has made it our commitment to make your motorcycle experience a hassle free & enjoyable one, he is well known for his precise and fanatical maintenance schemes, to him your bike are treated like his own.
	Name Michael Baczkowski Position Parts Manager Profile Parts & Accessories Manager Has been in the industry for 4 Years, he is accredited in parts interpretation & customer service Michael is a very talented Freestyle rider travelling around Australian competing in freestyle and Mx Competitions, He rode in the Crusty demos Tour in 2009 was asked for 2010 but due to injury couldn’t make it. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the prompt and efficient service I have recently received from Swann Insurance and MaxPower for repairs to my motorcycle after a minor accident. The whole process has been hassle free from the initial phone call to Swann Insurance, the correspondence from the Assessor and the excellent service offered by Natalie and Steve at MaxPower Performance Cycles at Russell Vale in NSW who undertook the job of repairing my Honda CBR1100 Blackbird. Steve made minor repairs to my bike after his initial inspection to allow me to still ride it while the insurance claim process and ordering of parts took place, which was a great help seeing I use the bike to commute to work every day on a 128 kilometre round trip. Between Steve and the assessor they organized the inspection and I was only without the bike for a day for your assessor to inspect the damage and everything was approved as Steve had listed from his initial inspection. I would highly recommend the services of MaxPower Performance Cycles as I picked the bike up on Tuesday 12.02.08 after the repairs had been carried out and you would not have known there was ever any previous damage. As the bike is a 2006 model it now looks as good as, if not better than it did when I picked it up from the showroom when I purchased it new as I am sure Natalie washed and polished it. Thank you again for the prompt and efficient service and the professionalism I have received from Swann Insurance, your Assessor and Natalie and Steve at MaxPower. Regards Peter H.
